1. WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
Videos and audio you provide
We upload the video clips and audio track you select to our servers to create your remix. Files are stored temporarily in Microsoft Azure (United States) and deleted within a few days of your remix completing.
Your name and email
During onboarding you provide a display name (required) and optionally an email address. These are used as metadata in your remix job and are deleted from our servers when your remix files are purged.
Your creative prompt
If you type a prompt describing your video concept, that text is sent to our servers to generate your storyboard and is deleted with your remix files.
Account identifier
We use Firebase Authentication (Google) to issue you an anonymous account identifier. This ID does not include your name, email, or any personal information unless you provide it elsewhere in the app. It is used to associate your remix jobs with your session.
Analytics (optional — requires your permission)
If you grant permission via the iOS "Allow Tracking" prompt, we collect anonymous usage events through PostHog to understand how people use the app and improve it. A random device identifier (stored only on your device) is associated with these events. You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings → Analytics & Product Improvement.
Diagnostic reports (user-initiated)
If you tap the ? help button, you can send a diagnostic report to our support team. This report contains device information (model, OS version, locale, timezone), app logs, and a snapshot of your current project's status. No video content is included. Sending this report is entirely optional.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- To provide the service: process your remix, return the output video.
- To troubleshoot: investigate failures you report via the ? button.
- To improve the product: if you have opted in, analyze anonymous usage patterns. If you have not opted out, remix outputs may inform future improvements to our AI model (see Section 5 below).
- We do not sell your data.

3. DATA SHARING — SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use the following third-party services to operate Get In Sync, LLC. Each is a "service provider" under CCPA — they process data only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

4. MODEL TRAINING AND PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT
We may use anonymized remix outputs (not your original source videos) to improve the quality of future remixes and train our AI models. This is controlled by the Analytics & Product Improvement toggle in Settings. If you opt out, your remix outputs will not be used for this purpose.

6. DATA DELETION REQUESTS
We do not currently provide an in-app account deletion flow. To request deletion of your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your Firebase account and confirm that any associated Azure data has been purged within 30 days.

7. CHILDREN
Get In Sync, LLC. is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of their personal information (see Section 6)
- Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information

9. SECURITY
We use HTTPS for all data in transit and Azure's built-in encryption at rest. Firebase Authentication handles session security. We do not store passwords.

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using Get In Sync, LLC. you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use Get In Sync, LLC. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. YOUR CONTENT
You retain all ownership of the videos and audio you upload. By uploading content, you grant Get In Sync, LLC. a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to produce your remix output. This license expires when your files are deleted from our servers.
We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Contains illegal material, including non-consensual intimate imagery
- Depicts violence against real people
- Violates any applicable law
Get In Sync, LLC. is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have a separate written agreement with us.

5. PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT
If you have not opted out (see Privacy Policy, Section 4), GetInSync may use anonymized remix outputs to improve the service and train AI models. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Analytics & Product Improvement. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the service.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Get In Sync, LLC. app, its design, and its AI models are owned by GetInSync and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We provide Get In Sync, LLC. "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetInSync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which may be zero for free users).

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
